    Sometimes we face problems with the extender network. These problems include connectivity issues such as no network, weak signals, no signals, slow internet speed etc. To resolve these issues, timely troubleshooting is mandatory. Further are the steps you should follow to resolve the problem:
    • Firstly verify the internet from your router device. Check by using ethernet cable directly to the router. In case any problem is found with the net then connect your ISP otherwise move further to resolve the issue.
    • Secondly, you need to check the cables connected with the extender and router device. In case, cable connected between the extender and router is damaged, replace it. This will resolve the problem.
    • Thirdly, verify the firmware of the device is latest or not. In case any pending update is left then you need to download it first. This will resolve the issue as outdated firmware creates issues.
    • Thereafter you can try rebooting your device. Rebooting may take about 3 to 5 minutes. Plug off the extender power and wait for about 30 seconds. Now plug it back and your problem is resolved.
    • Lastly you need to reset your extender device to its factory settings. This will remove all the settings and changes made to the device settings. Once reset is done you can reconfigure it again.
